AI Standups is a software-as-a-service platform that automatically generates standup reports by analyzing your activity across integrated platforms including GitHub, Jira, Slack, and Google Calendar. The Service uses artificial intelligence to create concise, informative summaries of your work activities.
3. User Accounts
Account Creation
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Account Termination

Billing
Paid features of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually). Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe.
Free Trial
We offer a 3-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required for the trial. After the trial period, you must subscribe to continue using premium features.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify our pricing. We will provide you with reasonable notice of any price changes. Your continued use of the Service after price changes constitutes agreement to the new pricing.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
AI-Generated Content
Standup reports generated by our AI are provided for your use. You may share, modify, and distribute these reports as needed for your business purposes.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers and Limitations
No Warranty
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL AI STANDUPS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Maximum Liability
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AI Standups and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from: (i) your violation of these Terms; (ii) your violation of any third party right; or (iii) your use of the Service.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
